  • How do I schedule my delivery?

     Once you place your order, and when your shed is ready for delivery, our delivery team will reach out to schedule delivery of your shed. We'll work with you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule.

  • What can I expect on delivery day?

    On delivery day, our team will arrive at the scheduled time with your portable building. We will carefully position it on your property, using specialized tools and equipment,  ensuring it meets your specifications and is placed safely.

  • Are there any preparation steps I need to take?

    Yes, we recommend selecting a level area for your building to sit on. This helps ensure stability and prevents any potential damage during delivery. Make sure any obstacles such as parked cars, tree branches, fences, and lawn decorations are removed before the day of delivery to ensure a safe path to the site where your shed will be set.

  • Will you level my building?

    Yes, our delivery team carries enough wooden blocking and shims to level your building up to 4 inches. If your shed site is more than 4 inches out of level, then you must supply enough blocking for our team to level your shed.

  • What if the weather is bad on my delivery day?

    If severe weather is forecasted, we may need to reschedule your delivery to ensure the safety of our team and your building. We will keep you informed and work with you to find a new date.

  • How do you ensure the safety of my building during transport?

    Our experienced team uses specialized equipment and techniques to secure your portable building during transport, minimizing the risk of damage.
